Scope
'Correspondence between Riley and John A. Lloyd concerning their work in Cyrenaica. Letters are present discussing expeditions to Cyrenaican sites, including Apollonia, Ajdabiya, Benghazi, Sidi Khrebish and Tocra; their work concerning pottery and tombs; the publication of the monograph "Excavations at Sidi Khrebish Benghazi (Berenice) Volume 1" based on findings through the Society for Libyan Studies, along with a report on the coarse pottery of Sidi Khrebish; negotiations with the Department of Antiquities in Libya and oil presses in Cyrenaica.', The file also includes copy John Lloyd and J.H.
