Scope
'Annotated draft report on Ghirza, grown out of a visit paid by Dr E. Vergara-Caffarelli, David Oates and Olwen Brogan to Ghirza in 1952 where it was decided "to attempt a survey of the site and its buildings." The report includes sections on the anatomy of the Pre-Desert, the Roman Frontier System, Early Visitors at Ghirza, the position of Ghirza, the name of Ghirza, the Wadi Walls and the History of Ghirza.'
