Scope
"Mainly relates to Brogan's expeditions to Libya. Includes a letter (in Italian) from Dr Ernesto Vergara-Caffarrrelli (Departmental Director), with whom Brogan and David Oates made a first site visit to Ghirza in 1952 and letters and sketches relating to the discovery of Roman remains (possibly a villa and harbour) near Misurata by a Mrs Stocking in 1972."
