'Black and white photograph shows tourists disembarking at Tripoli harbour. There is a large cruise ship in the background of the image and oil lines running along the jetty. The photograph features stamp of Kingdom of Libya Ministry of Information and Guidance and manuscript note "Tourist debarking [sic at Tripoli for a shore visit. Note oil lines on jetty for bunkering."'
