Scope

'Black and white photograph shows two men standing outside a mobile trailer at mobile trailer camp in Fezzan. The men, referred to as "ghaffirs" are turning on the camp lights at dusk. The photograph features stamp of the British Petroleum Company Limited and manuscript note on verso "Evening, and the ghaffiers switch on the camp lights."'
