Scope
'Two copies of a report completed by the Naval Officer in Charge (Lieutenant in Commend) of the H.M.S. Derwent during the attack at Tripoli. The report details a timeline of events, including the torpedo attacks on the ships present, fire-fighting which took place on the S.S. Ocean Voyager and its eventual destruction. The report has been signed by P.R.C. Higham.'
