Scope

'Thin sections, clippings and photographs relating to petrological analysis of Cyrenaican fabrics.', Thin sections have been labelled UNESCO 1 - UNESCO 10 and an eleventh thin section features the manuscript label "2408 [Ag Stephanos?". File contains Petrological micrograph photograph prints of Cyrenaican fabrics along with negatives which were contained within sleeves labelled Film 1, Film 3, Film 4, Film 5, Film 9, Film 10, Film 11 and Film 12. The photographic prints feature manuscript note on verso, likely indicating the film number and image number.', Clippings are present from a number of locations including Fustat (Egypt) and Sidi Khrebish. Two of the clippings have also been labelled "UNESCO 1" and "UNESCO 4" and presumably correspond with the identically labelled thin sections.'
